Hypnobirthing with Doula Pat

Hypnobirthing with Doula Pat is a 4-week childbirth preparation course that aims to help pregnant couples welcome their baby in a calm and positive birth experience with the use of visualizations, affirmations, relaxation techniques, and self-hypnosis.

About Me

I am Doula Pat, wife, and mom to two young men (whom I breastfed for a total of 5 and a half years) and an angel baby.I am one-sixth of the Pinay Doulas Collective.I took my maternal support practitioner certification from Bebo Mia, and my hypnobirthing instructor certification from The Calm Birth School.
